All our rental vehicles include full insurance with excess, so you can travel around the Costa del Sol and the rest of Spain with maximum peace of mind.

Deposit and security deposit
The deposit is a security deposit that is temporarily retained and returned after vehicle inspection, provided there are no pending damages, fines, fuel differences, cleaning charges, missing equipment or contract breaches.

Deposit amount
Important: The deposit is not part of the rental price. It is a guarantee amount that is blocked or retained when picking up the vehicle and is fully released after return, provided everything is in order.
The deposit is returned when:
- No new damages to the vehicle
- No pending traffic fines
- Fuel tank is at the agreed level
- No missing equipment items
- No breaches of the rental contract
Roadside assistance
Our vehicles have included roadside assistance, according to the conditions of the policy and the rental contract. In case of breakdown or incident during the trip, our team will indicate the steps to follow to receive assistance.
Nota: Note: Roadside assistance is subject to the specific conditions of the vehicle's insurance policy. We will provide all necessary information at the time of pick-up.
Rules of responsible use
To maintain insurance coverage and contract validity, it is essential to comply with the following rules of use:
Authorized drivers only
Only people whose name appears on the rental contract can drive the vehicle.
Valid driving license
The driver must have a valid and current driving license for the vehicle category.
Zero alcohol and drugs
It is strictly prohibited to drive under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.
Compliance with traffic regulations
The driver must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
Immediate reporting of incidents
Any incident, accident or damage must be reported to Expert Camper Van immediately.
Responsible vehicle use
The vehicle must be used carefully and in accordance with its purpose (recreational and tourist use).
Situations not covered
Insurance does not cover damages caused by gross negligence, misuse of the vehicle, reckless driving, or non-compliance with the rules established in the contract. In these cases, the client will be responsible for total damages.

Place the vehicle in a safe location and use reflective vests and emergency triangles.

Take photographs of the damages and, if there are third parties involved, collect their details and insurance information.
