Bookings & Payments

What motorhome is available for rent?
We currently offer a Fiat Weinsberg CaraBus DQ - Edition Fire, 2026 model, registered in May 2026. It's a brand new vehicle with low mileage, fully equipped and maintained in optimal conditions.
How many people can travel and sleep in the motorhome?
The motorhome has 4 approved seats for traveling and 4 beds for sleeping. All passengers must wear their seatbelts during the journey.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or cash. 30% is paid as a deposit when confirming the booking, and the remaining 70% is paid at vehicle pick-up.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially in high season (June-September). For specific dates or holidays, the earlier the better.
Do you offer discounts for long bookings?
Yes, we offer progressive discounts for rentals over 7 days. The discount is applied automatically when calculating the price. Contact us for stays over 15 days.
Can I modify my booking dates?
Yes, you can modify dates at no cost up to 15 days before pick-up, subject to availability. Later modifications may involve price adjustments depending on the season.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before pick-up. Between 30-15 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Less than 15 days, no refund. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
What if I need to cancel due to a medical emergency?
In cases of documented force majeure (hospitalization, family bereavement), we offer flexibility to reschedule your trip. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Insurance & Deposit

Is insurance included in the price?
Yes. The price includes comprehensive insurance with a €900 excess. This means in case of an incident, the client covers the first €900 of damages and insurance covers the rest.
What is the security deposit and when is it returned?
The deposit is €900. It's held at pick-up and fully refunded within 7-10 business days after vehicle return, provided there are no incidents.
Do you accept debit cards for the deposit?
For the deposit, we prefer credit cards. We accept debit cards only if they have sufficient available balance for the €900 hold. Prepaid cards are not valid for the deposit.
What happens if there's damage to the vehicle?
Before pick-up, we review the vehicle together and document any existing damage. On return, we do the same review. New unreported damages are charged to the client up to the excess limit.
What do I do in case of an accident?
1) Call 112 if there are injuries. 2) Contact us immediately. 3) Don't admit liability. 4) Collect details and photos. We'll guide you step-by-step to manage the insurance claim.

Pick-up & Requirements

What is the minimum driver age?
The minimum age is 26 years, with at least 2 years of holding a valid driving license. The main driver must present their license at pick-up.
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, you can add an additional driver at no extra cost. They must meet the same age and license requirements, and present their documentation at pick-up.
What documents do I need to pick up the vehicle?
You need to present: valid ID or passport, valid category B driving license held for at least 2 years, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.
Can I drive the motorhome with a category B license?
Yes, the Fiat Weinsberg CaraBus DQ has a GVWR under 3,500 kg, so it can be driven with a valid category B license. No special permit is required.
How does pick-up and drop-off work?
Pick-up and drop-off is at our base on the Costa del Sol (Estepona/Marbella). Standard hours are 10:00-18:00. Outside these hours, flexible delivery is available with a supplement — contact us.
What happens if I arrive late for pick-up?
We recommend notifying us in advance if you expect to be delayed. If you don't show up within 2 hours without notice, the booking may be cancelled without refund. Punctuality is important to us.
What if I arrive outside pick-up hours?
Standard hours are 10:00-18:00. If you need pick-up outside hours, contact us in advance. We can arrange flexible delivery with a €30-50 supplement depending on the time.
Do you offer vehicle delivery at the airport or city?
Yes, we can deliver the vehicle to Málaga airport or Marbella with a €50-80 supplement depending on location. Check availability and exact price when making your booking.

During Your Trip

How many kilometers are included?
The price includes 200 km per rental day. Additional mileage is charged at €0.35/km. We offer unlimited kilometer packages for long trips — contact us for availability.
Can I travel outside Spain?
Travel within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) is permitted at no extra cost. For travel to other European countries, you must request prior authorization. Travel to Morocco or non-EU countries is not permitted.
Is it difficult to drive a motorhome for the first time?
Don't worry. Before departure, we give you a complete vehicle explanation: how everything works, dimensions, blind spots, and driving tips. Most clients feel comfortable after the first few kilometers.
What do I do if I have a breakdown?
Call our 24h assistance immediately. Don't attempt repairs yourself. If the vehicle can't circulate, we organize roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle depending on availability.
Do you have 24-hour roadside assistance?
Yes, we include 24h roadside assistance for mechanical breakdowns. The assistance number is provided in the vehicle documentation. Damage from misuse is not covered.
What do I do if I have questions during my trip?
We're available by phone and WhatsApp during your trip. For non-urgent questions, reply to the confirmation email. For emergencies, call the 24h assistance number.
Can I park the motorhome anywhere?
Yes, you can park anywhere vehicles of its size are permitted. In cities, use public parking. 'Wild camping' is regulated in Spain — check local regulations.
What is 'wild camping' and is it allowed?
'Wild camping' (overnighting outside campsites) is regulated in Spain and varies by municipality. Generally, it's not permitted in protected coastal areas. We recommend using campsites or authorized motorhome areas.

Equipment & Extras

What equipment does the motorhome include?
Includes: full kitchen (fridge, stove, sink), bathroom with shower, heating, exterior awning, camping table and chairs, basic cleaning kit, bedding and towels for all occupants.
Do I need to bring bedding and towels?
No, we include bedding and towels for all occupants. If you prefer to bring your own, you're free to do so. Sheets and towels are already prepared in the vehicle.
What extras can I add to my booking?
We offer: final cleaning (€60/booking) so you don't have to clean the vehicle before return, and pickup or return outside regular hours (€50/booking) subject to prior availability.
Does the motorhome have air conditioning?
Yes, the motorhome has air conditioning in the cabin (works with the engine running). For the living area, it has independent diesel heating. Living area cooling depends on natural ventilation and awnings.
Does the motorhome have heating for winter?
Yes, it has independent diesel heating that works without the engine running. Ideal for cold nights. It also has hot water for the shower.
Can I connect the motorhome to electricity at the campsite?
Yes, the motorhome has a camping hook-up connection (230V). This allows using appliances without draining the battery. We explain how it works at pick-up.
What happens if the grey/black water tank fills up?
Grey and black water tanks have capacity for several days of normal use. You must empty them at authorized areas (campsites, motorhome areas). We indicate nearby points at pick-up.
Can I travel with small children?
Yes, the motorhome is family-friendly. We have approved child seats (group 0/1/2/3) available as an extra. Indicate the child's age and weight when booking to provide the appropriate seat.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not included by default. If traveling with a pet, you must indicate this in your booking and pay a €50 cleaning supplement. Only small pets are accepted with prior authorization.

Rules & Conditions

How does fuel work?
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full. If not returned full, missing fuel is charged plus a €25 management fee. We keep the gas station receipt.
What type of fuel does the motorhome use?
The Fiat Weinsberg CaraBus DQ uses diesel. Make sure to refuel with the correct fuel. Any refueling errors are the client's responsibility.
How does end-of-trip cleaning work?
The vehicle must be returned in similar condition to pick-up. If extra cleaning is required, a €50-80 fee is charged. You can hire final cleaning at the end of your trip for €50.
Can I have barbecues with the motorhome?
Making fire directly on the ground is not permitted. Always use designated areas and follow fire prevention regulations. Check with us if you need more information.
Can I pick up the vehicle one day and return it another?
Yes, the price is calculated per rental day. For example, pick up Monday 10:00 and return Friday 10:00 = 4 days rental. Flexibility is total within established hours.
What if I need to extend the rental during my trip?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the vehicle is available for the new dates, we can extend the rental. Last-minute changes may involve price adjustments.
How do I receive the rental invoice?
The invoice is sent by email after completing the rental. If you need an invoice with specific company details, indicate them in the booking or contact administration.
Are my booking details protected?
Yes. We process your data in compliance with GDPR. We only use it to manage your booking and send relevant information. We don't share data with third parties except legal obligation. You can request deletion anytime.
Do you have a physical office I can visit?
We operate from the Costa del Sol (Estepona/Marbella). Pick-up and drop-off is in person. For in-person consultations, by appointment. We're available by phone and WhatsApp.
Do you speak languages other than Spanish?
We speak Spanish and English fluently. We can also assist in French and Romanian by appointment. Vehicle documentation is in Spanish and English.
