Nature of the online booking
This website works as a booking request system subject to manual confirmation. Requests made through the online form do not constitute a binding reservation until Expert Villa Care S.L. confirms availability in writing (email or WhatsApp) and provides payment instructions.
Availability and prices are subject to change until the moment of confirmation. We reserve the right to reject incomplete requests, with false information or that show signs of fraud.
RETURN DEADLINE: 19:00 IN CANCELADA
- The vehicle must physically arrive at the return point in Cancelada (Estepona) no later than 19:00 on the date specified in the booking.
- 19:00 refers to the vehicle's arrival at the return point, NOT the start of the return journey.
- The customer must plan their trip and return journey taking into account traffic, distance and possible unforeseen events.
- Any delay beyond 19:00 will incur a penalty of €50 per started hour. Delays exceeding 1 hour are not permitted unless expressly authorised in advance. Charges may be deducted from the €900 security deposit.
AUTHORISED USE
The vehicle is exclusively for the lessee's private use. Subletting, assigning to third parties or using it for commercial purposes without express authorisation is prohibited.
DRIVER
The driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving licence with a minimum of 2 years' standing. The original licence must be presented at the time of collection.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €900 is required, held during the rental and returned after the vehicle inspection, provided there is no damage, defects, fines, pending charges or breaches of these conditions.
COLLECTION AND RETURN — CANCELADA
The campervan is collected and returned exclusively in Cancelada (Estepona), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery will be made at the previously agreed time.
MAXIMUM RETURN TIME
The campervan must be physically returned in Cancelada no later than 19:00 on the date specified in the booking. 19:00 refers to the vehicle's arrival at the return point, not the start of the return journey.
DELAYS
Any delay beyond 19:00 will incur a penalty of €50 per started hour of delay. Delays exceeding 1 hour are not permitted unless expressly authorised in advance. Charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
CLEANING — €60
The rental includes a mandatory cleaning charge of €60. This service covers normal post-rental cleaning. It does not cover excessive dirt, difficult stains, rubbish, food remains, strong odours, excessively dirty upholstery or situations requiring special cleaning, which may generate an additional charge.
WASTEWATER AND TOILET
Grey water tanks and the chemical toilet must be returned completely empty. Otherwise, an additional charge for emptying and cleaning will be applied.
FUEL
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. The vehicle uses diesel. Incorrect refuelling will be the lessee's responsibility.
MILEAGE
The rental includes the mileage specified in the booking or contract. Additional kilometres will be charged at the rate agreed with the client.
FINES, TOLLS AND PENALTIES
All fines, tolls, penalties and related expenses incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the lessee, including possible management costs.
DAMAGE AND BREAKDOWNS
Any damage, collision, accident or breakdown must be reported immediately to Expert Camper Van. Repairs without prior authorisation are prohibited.
INSURANCE
The vehicle has comprehensive insurance with excess and 24-hour international roadside assistance. In the event of a claim, the policy's conditions and excess will apply.
NO SMOKING
Smoking or vaping inside the campervan is strictly prohibited. If a tobacco smell, smoke or similar is detected, an additional cleaning charge of €150 will be applied.
PETS
Pets must be authorised in advance. The vehicle must be returned free of hair, stains and excessive odours. If special cleaning is required, an additional charge will be applied.
RETURN INSPECTION
Returning the campervan does not imply immediate return of the deposit. The vehicle will be inspected afterwards and the deposit will be returned once its condition has been verified and any applicable charges have been deducted.
The return deadline is 19:00 in CANCELADA. The customer must plan their trip and return journey taking into account traffic, distance and possible unforeseen events.
